Dear Andrey, Thank you for sharing your review of Hideaway Beach Resort & Spa. It's great to hear that the sandy roads were easy to walk on, and the buggies were reliable for transportation. It's also great that the team members, particularly Butler Yana, was helpful in resolving any concerns and that you were able to move to a villa with a larger pool. The reef and beach promenade sound lovely, and the all-inclusive platinum package was worth it. While the weather was rainy, it's good to know that you still had plenty of time to sunbathe and enjoy the facilities such as the gym, tennis, and mini golf.
