Dear Mrs Vasilyeva, Thank you for your review. We must admit we were not ready on time to welcome the guests of the summer season. The reason was that the hotel for the first time kept open during the winter period with occupancy reaching 95-99% throughout the winter! So as you can imagine it is difficult to proceed with the renovation works while guests are inside. I can assure you that everything is ready, painted and shines bright right now. We take your comments into consideration and we will give our best to improve in the future. Rest assured that our services for the children are unparalleled. We offer so many facilities and services for the families and the children which you will not find in any other hotel in Crete.
