убирать не хотят, русский язык "не понимают"
We had problems with cleaning own room. Наш номер не убирали.
The staff imamaged they didn't understand language when we asked they about this problems. Персонал делал вид, что не понимал русский язык когда мы обращались с нашими проблемами.
Though food and place are well. Однако питание и размещение хорошее.
