Irshad 4*

We came at 3 am and have been waiting for more, than 1 hour in the corridor to open room. In the room was not possible to breathe due to the cigarette smog. Neighbors were drunk and dangerous, we did not receive any help from staff. Door lock of the room was broken, we couldn't open it for few hours, when we have been inside of the room, was not possible to connect with reception. We asked for a compensation, staff told: will speak about it in the last day. In the last day they told us wait for Manager for 4 hours and no compensation finally!
