I would like to express my thanks to the hall staff of the hotel. We came there with my family as a guest and left as a friend. The food was tasty, everytyhing was really very clear, which I think is one of the most important things of holiday. Thanks everyone in reception for great service, thanks Maria from guest relation for doing everything in a proper way, thanks to animation team , especially to Tito, Lilo and Natasha to make our time really great, thanks to everyone in restuarant for clear and tasty food and great service. I think the only disadventage was internet which was really expensive. But this is a really good hotel for adults and children, the stuff of the hotel do their best to satisfy the guests. Really I suggest this hotel to everyone. Hope to see you again dear Old Palace Resort Sahl Hashesh.
