Не пятизвёздочный отель- средняя четверка! Отдыхаем здесь сейчас. Во- первых, отдых омрачён пропажей золотого браслета из номера , да, сама виновата , надо было убрать в сейф, но всего то вышли на завтрак, вернулись - уже нет. Во- вторых, в нашем номере течёт кондиционер! Устранить неполадку почему то не удаётся местному механику. Регулярно приходит , подкладывает под решётку, где протекает туалетную бумагу, и заверяет нас что все ок! Но он как протекал, так и протекает, под ним лужа! А у нас маленький ребёнок, который не сидит на месте, а бегает, боюсь что упадёт , да и вообще кому понравится жить с лужей в середине комнаты! А в остальном, если кратко: питание - неплохое, даже разнообразное, обслуживающий персонал - вежливый; уборка номера - вроде убирают каждый день, но грязно- зеркала не мыли вообще никогда по-моему; волосы то и дело нахожу по всей комнате, унитаз протекает, территория отеля не ухоженная , на пляже если и убирают, то очень плохо , по всюду бычки, палки и прочий мусор... В общем, если вы планируете отдых в Тунисе, и у вас маленькие дети - выбирайте другой отель!

Dear Guest,

Although we lament reading that your stay at IBEROSTAR Diar El Andalous was not as perfect as it could have been, we would like to thank you for sharing your observations with us because they will give us an opportunity to make improvements and thus provide all our guests a better experience, which ultimately is the goal of IBEROSTAR.

It has been unfortunate to read about your belongings and we would like to point out that in order to avoid such uncomfortable situations, suspicious thoughts towards our employees and the unnecessary loss of credibility for members of our staff from our customers, we do offer safes deposit boxes to all our guests. We are awfully sorry about the alleged incident.

We do apologize for the technical problems you encountered with your room as there are absolutely no excuses for details being overlooked. In this instance, your room should be checked by the housekeeper or housekeeping manager prior to your arrival. We will make sure that this procedure is being reinforced with immediate effect.

On a happier note Thank you also for highlighting the high standard of service you received from our staff here, we have since shared your compliments with the entire team. It is always a good source of motivation for them to hear when our guests have appreciated their service and attention to detail.

With passion for quality gastronomy being so important for our company, we also really appreciate your praising comments about our restaurant where our executive Chefs strive on a daily basis to surprise our guests with high standards of gastronomy and the opportunity to taste the best of our local cuisine as well as the finest international delights.

And last but not least we thank you for mentioning the cleanliness of our hotels indoor and outdoor installations. As an IBEROSTAR hotel we strive on a daily basis to provide absolute confidence in this area as we know hygiene and cleanliness are aspects of great importance for our guests to feel totally comfortable in our hotels.
