We had a small "misunderstanding"with neighbors, who lived in the next room. And the hotel management didn't make any afford to solve or smooth the situation between us. I have a video proving my position. The situation was so "hot" from neighbors side, that we had to leave the hotel for our own safety.

The story was about a couple, who lived the next room, and their friend/relatives/whoever, who lived in 3 rooms after us, and they occupied about 2 rooms. All that started from the night, when they celebrated their wedding. That night I asked them not to pass by our balcony area, which was supposed to be kind of private, as they did all the time. They were quite drunk and aggressive, and just threw a sunning bed and a chair inside of the balcony.

The next morning reception staff promised this never happen again.

Another struggle between "me and a crowd" happened in the day time, when I asked them again not to pass by our balcony. The next sec I was standing alone, in front of angry screaming them, they were about 5, while my boyfriend was swimming. I made a comment to a girl, but they came 5!! to scream, and there was their father,and some other guys. Men against a girl. That young girl was speaking to me, putting her finger into my nose saying "u r nobody here". When my boyfriend came out of the water, he understood the thing, but didn't say anything bad, as he didn't speak English. He just took me away. They did the same again-threw our sunning bed and a chair insidethe balcony.

The main thing of that all above-is that those

People made us feel like Nothing on our territory, when we had paid money for a good vacation, privacy and relax. After all those things we couldn't swim in a pool safely-send me "stupid" in a loud voice is a good example.

Another thing about management-there were days, when other rooms were empty, and they wisely could put them all together, closer to each other, and we would avoid the threat, when they really wanted a fight(on video clearly seen, that the head of their family wanted to attach my boyfriend). But they did nothing.

Changing the room was not good for us, as we wanted particularly this room already at the moment, when we booked the hotel,3months before (it has a great view, the kids playing area is very close).

We started e-mailing the hotel about February, when the booking was for May, already then we requested exactly that building. Hotel manager replied us once, that all our wishes would be placed in our reservation, and since then all my messages for the period of March-April-and the days before arrival were IGNORED. Nothing on any question.

Another thing would like to mention about the safety-is that there is no any fence, protecting the hotel, and no security.

So, our neighbors could bring their friends to Make a fight with us, and that was our responsibility to call the police but not hotel! I mean to say "your trouble-solve it on your own". Those were manager's words.
