My husband and I decided to go to Kos for our honeymoon. Our travel agency suggested this hotel since it's quite close to the sea and have nice area. It turned out to be true - the territory was full of flowers and the sea it was like 5 minutes away - but other things were just extremely disappointing.

1) About the rooms. When we arrived, the administrator put us to the building closest to the restaurant. Our room was so dark and looked so poor that we thought that our trip was ruined completely. Next, turned out that a person from the room next to us smoked. And a couple of minutes later the tap in the shower just torn off as soons as my husband touched it. OK, nice. We asked to change the room. And then they put us to the nicer room with the pool view. To sum up, rooms are old and crapy but still there're OK options.

2) Wi-Fi. It's almost never available. Forget about the internet here.

3) Food. It was alright, there're different options for different tastes. For dinner they gave fruits and ice cream, which was nice.

4) Personnel. Almost everybody was quite nice and English speaking. But if you're not "all inclusive" and take a drink during dinner by mistake (during first day, for example), be careful because then extremely rude bartender appears. I really wanted to leave a complain about him. When we checked in, nobody told us that we cannot take lemonade during dinner (for breakfast they're actually allowed) and there wasn't a clear sign next to the soft drinks machine. So this rude guy followed us even during the next day when i was drinking water (thank God, it's allowed, we asked). He came and suggested menu, but i already got my water. So i don't know why he decided to came. But it ruined our dinner AGAIN. I felt a bit frustrated.

However, there were nice things also. Pools are great, cleaning service was everyday and girls working there are super nice. There's a store next to the hotel, and that was convenient.
