Hi everybody! Last week i visited India and just wanted to share my experience about services in Prazeres hotel,Goa. I arrived to the hotel early in the morning and reception offered me the option of early check in for 20$. I refused about and asked to keep my luggage until 2 p.m. when i came back for check in bellman gave me the room with 1 bathroom which is sharing for 3 rooms. I was completely shocked because i never knew that this hotel is hostel and in my confirmation it was said that the bathroom will be attached in my room as personal. Moreover windows in my room did not closed, because it was broken i guess. I came to the reception desk to change my room they told me that this is impossible because i did not pay for early check in in the morning and now they do not have available rooms. They could only change the room on the same floor with the balcony which is closed but the bathroom will be the same - one for 3 rooms. I changed my room,came to take a shower and i saw a big worm on the wall of the bathroom. I was completely shocked! My tour guide aware us that, it is a big danger to be grabbed in this hotel and also pushed to take a safe on reception for extra charge. I also refused to pay extra money for this. In conclusion i would like to say that my room was never cleaned during my holidays and my neighbours who paid money for early check in got the room without a/c but it was confirmed for them in tourist voucher and next day they had to change the room for the lower category due to the fact that another guests had to live in it!
