Read all about the hotel.It was the worst holiday in this hotel

I rarely write any reviews, but today I will talk about the Asia Beach Resort & SPA hotel, located in Alanya, Turkey. Please pay attention to this review as my situation is out of control!

Upon our check-in, we were met by a lady at the reception named Bergen. I was checking in with my mother and my baby. Unfortunately, my husband had to check into the nearest hotel as they didn’t have a room for all of us. As I was returning guest in this hotel (I stayed here in 2018) I knew which side of the hotel is more quiet and which one is noisy one. As I was checking with my baby, I kindly asked for the quite room and to be as far as possible from the restaurants and the bars. Bergen assured us that we will get the room away from the restaurants and bars side. However, we haven’t slept at all the first night. The music was banging until 4am in the morning. The next day they only agreed to change our room after I made a complaint.

When we were checking in, my husband escorted us to the room in order to help me with our baby, two suitcases and the stroller. He helped me with the luggage and left the room and the hotel after 5 minutes.

The very next day, Bergen made a claim that my husband had violated the rules and went into the room. She began to argue with us. The issue is that when we checked in, no one took their time to explain to me any rules of the hotel. I wasn’t informed about hotels rules and wasn’t provided with any information. So how could we break the rules without knowing them? Bergen saw that my husband went up to the room but she left without saying a word, but then she put forward a complaint in a very rude way and further refused to answer any of my questions. This is a 5 star hotel by the way! I approached the reception with a request to transfer the crib from the room to our new room, Berger turned away and did not react in any way. She directed us to Camille, an employee who has nothing to do with the reception. Camilla refused to help us too and just sent us back to our room.

Then I decided to contact the hotel manager - Serdes Timur. I tried to explain the whole situation with Bergen, but I didn’t get any support from him neither.

As my husband wasn’t the guest of Asia Beach Resort & SPA I knew that we will need to pay for sunbeds in order to use them. Thus my husband went to Bergen and paid straight away for sunbeds for 5 days, so he can stay with us on the beach resort and we can spend time together as a family. My husband has paid for everything and he was given a receipt. My husband didn’t have a bracelet (the one you get upon arrival), so the security immediately clear that he is not a guest from the hotel. He showed them a receipt that he has paid for the sunbeds all employees were very surprised as they saw this receipt for the first time and they were not aware of this rule.

But at the same time, I could see that there were a lot of local tourists, i.e. Turks who was laying down with their towels on sunbeds or on the sand and no one was saying anything to them. I don’t think that they even pay for those sunbeds. However my husband got a warning that he was not going the right way to the beach! Are you kidding me? Given the fact that he has paid for his stay on the beach.

During the holidays, my baby has caught an intestinal infection and she was vomiting and having fever 39 for two days.

I had to call an ambulance and go to the hospital. I went down to the reception and asked the staff to let my husband into the room so that he would help me to take the baby with a temperature of 39 and also help me with the bags as we were planning to be hospitalized. The receptionist understood my position and allowed my husband to help me with the baby. Camilla saw the whole situation and decided to complain to Serdes Timur about us.

What she told him remains a mystery to me. But the next day, Agafonova Victoria from Anex tour (anex tour) comes up and says these words to me: "You are being evicted from the hotel, because your husband was in the room yesterday." At that moment my baby was very bad and was crying in my arms non-stop, so I asked her if we can talk after I leave my child in the room. Her answer was: "I will not have time later." So I just refused to talk to her. I am not happy as representative of Anex tour (Anex tour) was extremely unprofessional and very rude to me! I have never come across a travel firm that treats its customers like criminals and does not show respect for the clients that are paying their wages and salaries!
