First of all i wanted to thank you for hospitality and services, Zoya - the work you are doing is tremendous and impressive, We were a big group, occupying 23 rooms, that was second time with you, first time was in november 2015. You progressed a lot in services, in food, sad you stopped serving good egiptian tea, Mr Hony was so kind to make it each time we asked for. Wonderful people, very attentive and with good services. We had a lovely stay

Couple of things which i would suggest to revise:

1) animation - not good at all, and sorry for saying quite vulgar by quality and quantity

you can see that at the same time you have evening show in amphetheatre and nest to the main lobby bar... why to split? why not to make one great show that everyone would love to come and see

2) no place to do sport... sport is not something under the sun next to pool where all are gazing or at the beach.. please dont make your poor guy come to people who are staying at the beach or at the restaurant in a bit tactless way to ask to join him... do it in a proper place, devoted to sport, make the tent with the shadow, and PLEASE no need to run behind the people, cause it has an opposite reaction, make it a corner for sport where ladies would love to come not in swimming suits but properly dressed, trust me - they would come if it is offered and please it sould be a lady, professionally trained - who will be doing and showing all sport excercises.

3) vulgar arab dancing... trust me i am sure that arabic women dance is not that vulgar.. the way it looks - bad... same as it was Miss Sunraise... may be it is funny... but it is not...

4) singer.. she is not bad, but singing alone among empty chairs.. did not look nice

5) work of agent of Anex tour, i know you are supposed to workm but Mr Ahmed is not a right perso to deal with people

and one more thing:

you have amazing beautiful food tastes in Egypt, please advertise it, be a place, where people who are coming could try it in all senses: cultural, gastronimoc, cultural, historical - you have what to share and be proud of
