The hotel staff cheated me out of my money
The hotel itself is nice, the sea is wonderful. But the hotel staff demanded that we pay for the same room twice and refused to check us in without it. Since we flew 19 hours by plane, we were tired and agreed to pay for an additional $3,800. We thought the mistake would be discovered later and the money would be returned to us. We contacted the hotel manager several times, wrote letters to the official website, but we still have not received a refund. They explain that there was an error in booking and it turned out that we allegedly booked 3 rooms, although in fact we needed two rooms. We explained that if it was a mistake and we paid and used only two numbers, then the money for the third wrong number should be returned to us in full, they agreed. The employee promised us to return all the money, but so far the money has not been returned to us. This situation, of course, seriously spoiled our mood.
