It seemed to us that nowadays Maldives journey is so expensive entertainment but our guide Irina Zhukova from the Ekaterinburg’s company “Intourist” helps us to achieve the dream by helping with the choice and booking hotel, buying air tickets and finding the best seats on the board.

Welcome to the paradise on the Earth! The best and friendly service started right from the exit of the plane because we were met by the manager of the hotel and staff with the drums! After that we were immediately met by a friendly Russian-speaking employee Marina, who told us everything and without any waiting helped us to check into the room. Moreover, Marina helps us all the time during our stay on the island.

The Italian character was in every corner of the hotel: from the friendly always smiling staff, bright design to very tasty food and Prosecco )

Underwater services are perfect too, snorkeling with the tortoises and dolphins brought us only pleasant emotions and unforgettable impressions! We had only one problem with the jet ski because during our driving one of the two jet skies was broken but the employees immediately help us with this problem.

Talking about the friendly staff we’d like to select several people:

We’d like to pay special attention to Mr Fernando working in Kurum-bar. He perfectly did his job and gave us many special pieces of advice like the time of sunsets and many invitations to meet this incredible views in his bar.

Moreover we would like to say a special thanks from our family to our friend Mr Jay who became our good friend, working in the lobby bar. He is the valuable employee who doesn’t just give our drinks and cocktails but also helped us with any questions immediately, fulfills all requests and gave an excellent mood! Btw he was the first person who told us about the time of our departure from the island.

And of course all said before Is the result of Mr Rithe - general manager of the Cocoon - the person thanks to whom the hotel has such an excellent service. He will definitely meet and say goodbye to you before departure. He will come up and ask if everything suits you, and will also help to solve any problem. Btw he’s always stand with his guests… We’ve travelled many times from over the world but we’ve never see someone like him.

To sum up, I’d like to say that if you want to relax and recharge your batteries you with no doubts should visit this perfect place. Paradise on the earth is real and you can find it in Cocoon! ❤️
