Address Beach Resort Fujairah 5*

We had a reservation in this hotel for 10 days. The quality of food was very very bad. Me and my sister had problems with stomach for whole staying. Maria (receptionist) is a stupidest girl, who i ever met in these sphere. She can’t solve any problems. In my last day i got fever and i called a doctor, who didn’t help me, but the hotel charged on my room 350 dirhams for that. For what??? and after that Maria discussed us with another guests. It’s not normal. She is a really stupid girl, who can only smiles and can’t solve any problems with guests, which they have. Food quality is very low. Housekeeping is very good. And I would like to thank to Moustafa(pool bar manager), he is very cool. I’d love him. But please, I’m calling to management of the hotel, Maria is unprofessional administrator of the reception!!!!
