I paid for the "family room," but I switched two rooms because they were absolutely filthy, and the bathrooms had an extremely unpleasant odor. We gave up on the "family room" and asked for a regular, but clean, room. The furniture was old and damaged, and the bed linens and towels were worn and torn. You can see the pictures. It doesn't even deserve two stars and is far from what a five-star hotel should be.
Never-ever going back again !
