We traveled as a family, and Steigenberger Alcazar turned out to be the perfect choice. The resort is safe, beautifully maintained, and full of activities for all ages.

The room was spacious and very clean. Housekeeping worked with incredible attention to detail — even the smallest things were always arranged neatly. The beds were very comfortable, and the room stayed cool throughout the day.

Food was outstanding. My favorite part was the variety — Egyptian, Asian, Mediterranean, and classic international dishes. The fresh smoothies in the morning were amazing, and the dinners felt like a different culinary journey every night.

The animation team was fantastic. They entertained children, adults, and teens equally well. There were games, competitions, water activities, and dancing — all in a fun and uplifting atmosphere.

The beach area is beautiful and spacious. There’s plenty of room for families, couples, and those who prefer quiet corners. The snorkel spot near the pier was breathtaking.

In the evenings we enjoyed the shows and live music. There was always something happening, but it never felt overwhelming or too loud.

This hotel truly has something for everyone — comfort, fun, and excellent service.
