Добрый день, уважаемая команда отеля Pickalbatros Blu Spa Resort. Да, поставила высший балл по всем категориям, но есть нюанс. При заселении очень просили номер (вручили гостинец из Беларуси) не на нижнем или верхнем этаже, НО нам работник по имени ALI предоставил номер на верхнем этаже. Только из уважения к гестрелейшен АНАСТАСИИ, которая пришла на работу в этот отель через несколько дней после нашего приезда и сразу включилась в работу (видно что это профессионал своего дела), не поставила низкую оценку ресепшн.
