Doesn't affect the hotel's rating

I had a vacation for almost 2 weeks. The hotel staff, reception, bar, restaurant, and others were very nice and welcoming. The food was good. Nearly beach, supermarket ,souvenir shops . Ayia Napa is half an hour's walk away. There are busses , or a Bolt taxi, it's inexpensive. I had everything included, so I relaxed and enjoyed my vacation. 🤩😊

Advantages

beautiful view from the balcony
rooms cleaned every day
food is good.

Disadvantages

the soundproofing in the rooms is very poor. i have to 3 a.m. called the reception when drunk guests returned to the neighboring room
shouted
screaming
played loud music
and woke up the whole hotel.
