Очень даже неплохо. Жили на 4 этаже, нет лифта, но мы были к этому готовы. Скромное питание, это даже как плюс , не ходишь с полным животом. Хороший и просторный пляж, с достаточным количеством лежаков. Но большой минус это звукоизоляция , если будут шумные соседи , то отдых будет испорчен. Поэтому от рекомендации воздержусь, к большому сожалению.
