Initial Room Issues and Resolution Efforts

• Since my arrival here, I was met with an unclean room, bathroom, and smelling air conditioner, and no bed for the kid even though my booking was for 2 adults + 1 kid.

• They promised to fix all of this, and we left for about 4 hours.

• We came back and found the room in the same condition.

• Only after I took action and filmed the interactions did they change the room.

Pool Seating Challenges

• To be able to have a seat at the pool, you need to wake up at 7 and make a marathon to the pool in order to find 2 seats.

Inaccurate Beach Description

• The beach is not even close to what they are presenting; there are big rocks, and it's not kid-friendly or suitable for persons who do not swim.

• There is no sand, only rocks.

Food Quality Concerns

• The food is repetitive and really not worth your money.

Plea and Intent

• If only one person that reads this review runs from this hotel and does not fall into the marketing and fake reviews trap, then I'm more than happy with the money I paid.

• I'll try to leave this review on each travel site I know.
