Отель не соответствует 5 звездам, это 3 звезды.

Все о себе говорят фото номера.

Номера СТАРЫЕ, маленькие, грязные, темные.

Для фото с детьми это неприемлемо.

Номер метров 10 по ощущениям, с одним окном, в нем даже нет шкафа для одежды. это нам сказали номер после реновации.

DO NOT BE FOOLED BY THE 5-STAR RATING

This hotel is absolutely NOT a 5-star hotel. In our experience, it is closer to a 3-star property — and even that feels generous.

We have just checked in, and the reality is completely different from what is shown in the photos and online reviews. The room is OLD, SMALL, DIRTY, DARK, and extremely disappointing.

The room feels like no more than 10 square meters. It has only one small window and, unbelievably, there is not even a proper wardrobe for clothes.

What makes this even worse is that we were specifically told that this was a ROOM AFTER RENOVATION. If this is what they consider “renovated,” I can only imagine what the non-renovated rooms look like.

We are traveling with children, and the condition of this room is completely unacceptable for a family vacation, let alone a hotel advertised as 5-star.

The difference between the online presentation and the actual hotel is shocking. The photos create an impression of a completely different property.

I strongly recommend that future guests look at REAL, RECENT photos and videos from guests before booking. Do not rely solely on the hotel’s promotional photos or the reviews you see online.

We are extremely disappointed and feel that the hotel does not provide the standard that its 5-star rating promises.
