Dear Management,

We are writing to share our disappointment with our recent stay at your 5-star hotel. Unfortunately, the experience did not meet the standards expected of a five-star property.

Room and Housekeeping:

· The room was not properly cleaned; dust was left uncleaned and the ashtray was not emptied.

· There were no proper blankets — only thin covers were provided.

· Personal hygiene amenities were only supplied for one person, not for two.

· There was no toothbrush, no bathrobes, and the shower gel and shampoo were a 2-in-1 product. There was no hair conditioner at all.

Food and Beverage:

· There were very few protein dishes.

· The meat was either extremely salty, tough, or completely bland.

· The shrimp were rubbery, and 2 out of 5 crayfish were clearly not fresh.

· The sausages and cold cuts were simply inedible.

· The meatballs (minced meat dishes) contained so many spices that it was impossible to tell whether the meat was spoiled or not.

· The alcohol was heavily diluted.

Other Issues:

· There are no scales at reception to weigh luggage. How is this possible at a 5-star hotel?

· The animation program was very poor. There is a fixed weekly animation schedule that simply repeats itself.

Dear readers, we do not recommend this hotel if you do not want to ruin your holiday.

We hope this feedback will be taken seriously and improvements will be made for future guests.
