Игла в матрасе и безответственное действие руководства

Мы посетили с семьей данный отель и сказать что мы в гневе значит ничего не сказать,очень сильно разочарованы и злы,после заселения через 4 дня жена лежа на матрасе укололась чем то, начали щупать искать ничего не нашли,а под конец отдыха укололся я, нам пришлось сделать надрез в матрасе чтобы выяснить что это и к большому ужасу внутри обнаружили иголку, а персонал тупо разводит руки. В номере очень пыльно, решетки на вентиляции грязные,сто раз подумайте прежде чем сюда ехать,огромный минус
