Casa Pilar 3*

Hello everybody! Casa Pilar hotel seemed to be a very nice hotel with access to sea, beach benches up to 13 of March when Frisbee match has started. First of all, nobody has informed the guests that the Frisbee match will take place and will cause the following problems: 1. It was said that it is forbidden to use the beach in front of our hotel. 2. All the beach benches were taken out of the beach. The personnel of hotel did not propose any solution until we came with this issue to the reception. Then they offered 2 options: 1) to locate the beach benches in shadow of the next hotel (5 min from Casa Pilar); 2) to locate the beach benches 15 min far away from the hotel in a sand beach area under the sun. As a result nothing was acceptable, so we had to rest in a pool area with workers on the top of the new constructed building staring at us. Secondly, there are construction works in progress as close to the hotel as it is possible, that causes noise and workers staring on the territory of the hotel. I would like to ad that we are 30 people came here for a wedding of our friend, but the personnel and manager of Casa Pilar hotel do not care about quantity of guests not satisfied with this awful situation. So…until 13 of March came we really thought of staying here more, but now we gonna look for a new place. I do not advice to take this noisy and not carrying abt guests hotel.
