Can not recommend. Pay a little bit more and move to the nearest hotel
Not much to say. Definitely Is not a 5* hotel. 4* maximum. A positive rating deserves new comfortable rooms with good daily cleaning service and a "Late checkout" waiting lounge. Simply nothing interesting located in a hotel's area. No customer service at all. I prepared "tips" but didn't share them because no one deserved. No one was even trying to provide an exceptional service. Only receptionist Deniz, bell boy, pier bartender Gül Buhar and the HK team deserved appreciation. Alcohol is poor. Cocktails s..cks. Staff from mid Asia with zero knowledge of customer service. Without basic client service maneers. The plates and glasses in the main dining room are dirty. Bartenders grab glasses inside with their fingers. I'm not surprised that few guests have GI. Food is OK - same as everywhere. No thematic dinners. There are plenty of bar servers and waiters around, but no one takes care about you and the area around you. Dirty tables (please check attached pictures below). Entertainment team unvisible. Boring activities. The entertainment team didn't even try to convince and get guests into activities. Absolutely NO COMMUNICATION between staff and guests. I have no idea about daily programs and activities. Each and everyone from staff using personal phones in the guest area is unprofessional. No one greetings or smiling. The production show's sound / light / stage equipment is on a high level, but the shows are su..ks except show (I guess) "Dolls" - I have no idea, because no daily program is shared - other shows such as 30's dances, magicians, circuses are boring as hell. "X club" is really cool on a high level - is a big plus of hotel. are 60% from Russia, 30% from Moldova, the rest from Turkey and Arabic countries. Small beach line. @10 am There are no sunbeds available. We were fighting for a place, moving sunbeds from the main pool to the beach area. Unfortunately, I can not recommend this hotel to anyone. And will not return anymore. I wish for management to coach staff for "customer service", otherwise business would die very soon. If you need some recommendations, feel free to contact me.
