NOT SAFE ENOUGH
I wanna start with the biggest disadvantage which poisoned my stay from Day 2: I hurt my foot while swimming in the sea (touched an urchin) and went to the reception to ask for help. And the greatest idea that a receptionist had was to grab my arse, stroke my leg, and try to touch my breasts (well, a woman is in pain and obviously cannot flee - why not?!)
I complained to the management but nothing happened. Is it really OK in Egypt?
That's why I don't recommend this hotel (especially if you're a girl traveling alone).
The hotel itself is big, beautiful, and authentic. The room is beautifully designed if a bit rusty. It's clean. There's a safe, a hair-drier. And a reaaaaallyyy slow wi-fi (it's impossible to make audio calls there). The sea is clean. You can see fish, octopi, and other sea animals even if you don't have a mask. There are enough sunbeds on the beach. Two pools (one is heated). There's some sort of animation there (stretching, volleyball, aqua aerobics, etc.)
The food is tasty but the menu is the same every day. Desserts are THE BEST. There's no ice cream though. Almost no fruits.
