We lived in your hotel "TOP Hotel Praga" from the 3rd of January, 2012
till the 9th of January, 2012. When we were in Moscow
we looked through the information about your hotel, there have been
described the following services: the Internet in the room, a TV, a
shower, etc. When we have arrived to your hotel we have seen that the
Internet is for pay, only one free Russian channel on the TV, one
English channel MTV. And in practice it was the following: the shower
leaked, on the TV there were only 5 Czech channels, the Internet for
pay, for free was only in a lobby and it wasn't worked. First three
days our room was cleaned, the towels were changed and garbage was
thrown out in spite of the fact that we didn't hang up the tablet
"free". And for the fourth day, after the long walk, all exhausted, we
came to our room and it wasn't clean, the toilet paper wasn't present,
all towels were dirty, and the garbage was there. We have called on a
reception and in 40 minutes the housekeeper came and cleaned the room,
threw out the garbage and brought a toilet paper, and have promised
our room to be cleaned next day, she asked to hang up the tablet
"free", and having proved that without having the tablet hung up the
room wouldn't be cleaned. Next day we have hung up the tablet "free",
and in the evening we came to our room and again that was dirty. Again
we called on a reception, but they said they cleaned the room though
they didn't! Next morning we called on a reception again and asked to
clean our room and to take something to eat. In the evening, having
come to the room, we saw that the housekeeper really cleaned the room,
for the first time the toilet had bags for the garbage, for the first
time there were wadded face tampons and on the one bedside table there
was an order, and on second - only candy wrappers. Next morning we
left your hotel and here we understood that our adventures hadn't end.
You saw the food that you gave to your guests? 1, 5 liters of water, a
tangerine, one wafer, butter, jam and 2 rolls which was without
packages. I was in many hotels and I communicated with many hotels by
job, but I have never seen such awful hotel of 4 stars in Europe.
