The Hotel Brisas Guardalavaca is the Most Interesting Place in the World !!!
We were at the hotel 10 days in November 2018 (03.11-13.11). We flew from Russia to Cuba 12 hours. Yes, but it was worth it!
We were met by a waiter with a glass of champagne at the entrance to the hotel. It`s an excellent idea to meet guests! We loved it! We were settled in 5 minutes! The reception works fast. We loved there no any deposit in the hotel and administrator didn`t take our passports until check out. A hotel clerk escorted us to the room and brought our suitcases. It`s the fine amenities.
We were given the room 301 in the main building. It`s a nice room with balcony and the mountain view. There are all necessary things in the room as an iron and ironing board, minibar (fridge) with 1,5 litre bottle clear water, conditioner, TV, safe, coffee machine and hairdryer in the bathroom. All this things works good. But despite on the room had 220W sockets they didn`t work without adapter. And we had adapter, we bought it in Russia because we knew about that. The bathroom is excellent, new and very clear. But there wasn`t a soap dish in the bathroom and we used own soap dish. It`s no problem for us. The staff are very friendly and lovely people. We love them. Our chambermaid is a very good person! Every day she cleaned our room, changed towels and did different figures from the towels on the bed! It was unforgettable! I want to note that there was no theft at the hotel. The staff are honest people in this hotel.
The hotel has own exchange of currency that works from 9am until 9pm. It`s a very good amenities! The most favorable rate is the Euro.
The hotel Brisas Guardalavaca is located right on the beach!!! It takes 2 minutes to go to the beach from the room. The ocean is magic with incredibly beautiful water. Swimming is comfortable because there is no too long shallow entrance to the ocean. It will be comfortable there with small children also. The beach is very clear without algae. The staff clean the beach every day. We appreciate their work. There are beautiful palms on the beach, also there are many sunbeds, any time they are free, and there are beautiful straw umbrellas on the beach. The sailboats, boats and catamarans by appointment. This is good amenities. We loved it!
Hotel`s territory is big and gorgeous with fabulously beautiful villas and has a place for the weddings. The hotel has 2 swimming pools, 2 Jacuzzis, tennis court, gym, billiards, children room, also barbershop and massage parlors but for money and 2 stores.
Brisas Guardalavaca has 5 restaurants Ala Cart beside main restaurant: Beer, Italian, Cuban, International and Seafood. The restaurants by appointment. You need to sign up immediately after arrival to have time to visit all. We were only at 3 of them: Cuban, International and Seafood. In International and Seafood restaurants a main dish - lobster. The staff served quickly. We loved it. We will go to Brisas Guardalavaca next year and we will visit Beer and Italian restaurants.
The territory has some bars and one of them is open 24 hours a day. It`s the excellent amenities! We loved it. There are also the bars: ice-cream, pizza and fries potato that are opened from 12pm to 6pm.
Animation and beach disco are at the highest level but only in English and Spanish. And it`s no problem for us. It was very interesting for us!
We love Brisas too much, we will try to come back next November!
