Отпуск еще не начался, а отель уже разочаровывает. Прилетаем 19 июля, а сейчас турфирма говорит что ОТЕЛЬ ОТМЕНИЛ БРОНЬ! Срочно надо что-то подбирать новое! Как вообще такое возможно??? Тур уже полностью оплачен!
