Novotel Sharm el Sheikh (Beach) 5*

Once again would like to thank all the staff for making our vacation perfect for the second time in Novotel. Absolutely everyone is friendly and welcoming, always ready to help or solve the problems. We were assigned an amazing room with the view to the pool. It’s a big pleasure to come back and see the same employees who were working two years ago. Would like to mention Roma from guest relations who was in touch with us for whole stay helping and solving any problems in a moment as well as giving advice regarding the city and services generally. He is very friendly and a big professional in his field. Salah from main restaurant is also so helpful an welcoming, doing his job really quickly and with the heart, my child always liked to come to the restaurant to see him. Team from the towel desk always made our day, especially Kimo, who had always good jokes and wished us to have a pleasant day. Was so happy to see again Abd El Rahman from the pool bar for the last day of our stay, he makes the best cocktails and makes every guest feel very special and always welcomed. It is incredible how quickly is working guest relations team. In the afternoon they are collecting feedback from the guest around the hotel and in the evening the appropriate changes are being made. The food was always good, would like thank all the main

kitchen staff and chefs who are always in the restaurant during the meals. Definitely recommend everybody to try seafood from the sea side restaurant. Can not mention that hotel is clean with a beautiful green territory and an amazing reef just in couple of metres from the sandy beach, even no need to go diving as it is really big and there’s a lot of different fishes.

Would say that employees of Novotel are making this hotel special and the place were I would always wish to come back. Hope next time to come and see everybody again.
