In case if you can't find some hotel on TopHotels project, but you have an official information about it and you want to share it with other travelers please follow next instruction:

1. If you have visited the hotel and want to write a review about it, but the hotel is not in the catalog - Click the form "Add a review" and in the form, select the "Add a review if the hotel is not on the list." After being moderated, your review will be attached to the added hotel.

2. In case you are the Hotel Representative or Property Owner and you want to add information about your property on TopHotels, please do not hesitate to contact us directly through the "Feedback" form

Readership - is an estimate of how many readers all author reviews has.

The more readers, the more popular is a review. Depending on readership amount one of the statuses for the review can be assigned - bronze, silver, gold or platina.

Status - indicates the popularity of the authors reviews.

Each hotel review with readership amount more than 1 000 and which was added not more than three years till current moment can obtain one of the following statuses - bronze, silver, gold or platinum.

Three years later, as hotel review was added, status is fixed at the maximum received value and does not change regardless of changes in the number of views.

Maximum current status obtained one of the reviews of the author displayed in his profile.

Calculation of the hotel's on-line rating is based on the reviews and marks from guests which were given during there staying at the hotel.

Estimates over two months are reset.

Thus, the Online rating reflects the current situation in the hotel, according to guests who are staying there at this time.

Travellers can send reviews and marks by the following ways:
1. using the mobile application HotelsInspector (available in AppStore and GooglePlay)
2. with the help of devices (tablets / kiosks and others) installed in the hotel by our partners (Reputize) *
* If the review is not confirmed, the marks will not be taken into Online rating calculation.

You can join the hotel group on the TopHotels project any time and be the first to receive information about the hotel's special offers.
The hotel group member can get different bonuses and privileges upon arrival to the hotel, depending on the conditions of the Loyalty programs provided directly by the hotels and the membership status in the hotel group.

In order to become a member of the hotel group, you need just to join the club of the hotel you are interested in.

The membership statuses and how to get them:
The first status is "Subscriber". Just join the community to get it. The following statuses are automatically assigned if all the conditions are met.
The status "Guest of honor" is assigned by the hotel administration manually.

Subscriber — user who joined the group.
1. Register on the TopHotels project
2. Join the hotel group

Active subscriber - user who have already rested in this hotel.
1. Visit the hotell
2. Write a review about the hotel or rate its service (a full review is required for the following statuses)

Hotel’s Friend — user whose review has been marked by others as useful.
1. Fill in the profile on TopHotels. Should be specified:

• * Name
• * Last name
• * Sex
• * Date of birth (not visible to other users)
• * City of residence
• * Country of residence
• * Photo

2. Leave a review or several of them (counted a review with a rating 4.0 or above and the mark "recommend the hotel")
3. Invite other users to put a mark "useful" for your review (counted from 3 or more marks)

Hotel’s Regular guest - a user whose 2 reviews are marked by others as helpful
1. Leave 2 or more reviews about the hotel (counted 2 reviews with a rating 4.0 and higher and a mark "recommend the hotel" on each)
2. Invite other users to put a mark "useful" for your review (counted 3 marks for each of the 2 reviews with a rating 4.0 and higher and marks "recommend the hotel")

Guest of Honor — the status assigned by the hotel administration
1. Get the status of "Hotel’s Regular guest"
2. Send a request for the status upgrade to the hotel
