Big Fish on the 6th Floor plunges you headfirst into its fantastical depths. An all-day international dining outlet with a difference, an oversized fish takes center stage, while jellyfish lamps adorn the ceiling and a fish tail shapes the bar. Adding to the mix are industrial design elements inspired by naval ships and submarines. Mirroring the design, guests can indulge in a wide selection of freshly prepared Thai and international style seafood. Even late-night hunger pangs can be satisfied with an after-hours menu (22:00 onwards), from which guests can enjoy a selection of dishes prepared à la minute by our expert chef.

Car Bar on the ground floor celebrates the world of automobiles and motoring but, true to style, adds a modern twist taking inspiration from the street-side car bars ubiquitous throughout Thailand. Jeeps, rickshaws and even a flying car (suspended form the ceiling as a light fixture) are used as playful decorative elements, while the outdoor area, with its car seats, tents and lawn chairs, evokes a rustic campsite or backyard environment. Completing the car-themed experience are lamps made from tricycles, street-inspired walls and maps across the ceiling. Guests can admire this intriguing space while sampling cocktails served in over-sized buckets accompanied by traditional Thai street snacks with a twist. In the background, the smooth sound of live blues and acoustic music adds to the relaxed mood.

The Roof Sky Bar & Restaurant. Inspired by the Himmapan legend, The Roof evokes a magical, dream-like experience and acts as a reminder of Siam@Siam’s distinctly Thai roots. Shades of art and warm earth-tone frame the stunning double-level pool, which is surrounded by rich greenery and star-patterned lighting.

The forest theme continues in The Roof Sky Bar & Restaurant 24th Floor where guests can enjoy seasonal gastronomy under a gazebo. For a more relaxed affair, the seaside view on the 24th floor combines poolside dips with international tapas and mixologist-designed cocktails, or head a level up to The Roof Sky Bar & Restaurant 25th Floor, where a picnic hamper of authentic French or Thai cuisine is the perfect accompaniment to the nightly open-air movies.

As if to guide guests back home, The Roof is also home to a beacon of light in the form of a lighthouse which shines brightly across the Pattaya night sky, while a traditional Thai bell temple takes pride of place at the highest point of the building
