Our associates will be happy to assist you in familiarizing with the equipment and plan for any Yoga, Pilates, Meditation or Aqua Gym activity. Personal training is also offered on request, at a fee.     A little shorter than The Dunes Course, at 5,760 meters from the back tees, The Bay Course places a slightly greater emphasis on strategic play and positional golf. The Seaside, Canyon, and Grove holes will provide striking contrasts that create a dramatic and memorable golf round. The course will play to a par of 71 from a variety of lengths designed to test the golfing skills of amateurs and pros alike. The imaginative layout offers panoramic seaside and mountain views, including several holes that play directly along the sea and two directly overlooking the historic bay of Navarino. Anazoe Spa has developed signature treatments based on the teachings of Hippocrates, the ‘father' of western medicine, tailored to meet the guests' personal expectations and needs. The dominant element at Anazoe Spa is the Olive Tree. The therapeutic olive-oil treatments (oleotherapy) are based on ancient local practices inscribed on clay tablets, discovered at the nearby Palace of Nestor.
