1-the hotel have a Wi-Fi in the reception and lobby area only
2-you can buy excursion in the hotel only through your company which will be represented by a guide will meet up with you second day of your arrival.
3-in the hotel we have shops and there is a shopping mall 100 meter from the hotel and 5 minutes walking from the hotel you will be in the center of neama bay
4-the kettle it's upon request and availability, we don't have iron in the room, but we have laundry service which is extra charged.
