the hotel concept are the rules that we are working with
so your first meal that you can take it will be dinner
however you can start with late breakfast in the arrival day which is from 10:30 till 11:30 am

Это замечательно, что у нас ранний вылет ( сказывается разница во времени) и отпуск начинается так рано, но.... прочитала концепцию отеля и увидела, что даже завтрак нам не предусмотрен. Может это просто в правилах так написано, а в действительности все будет хорошо?
