Абсолютная незаинтересованность в комфорте клиентов, равнодушие и обман.
Приехали поздно вечером, я, пожилая женщина и двое детей, устали с дороги. Нами был заказан и оплачен увеличенный номер large. Именно из-за наличия этого номера и был выбран данный отель. Из-за некоторых особенностей, связанных со здоровьем, я не могу спать вместе с детьми , а а выбранном ною номере (30 м2) кровать...
