НОМЕР УБИРАЛИ ПЛОХО ЧТОБЫ ЗАМЕНИТЬ ПОЛОТЕНЦА НУЖНО ПОБЕГАТЬ НА РЕСЕПШЕН ТАК КАК ТЕЛЕФОН НЕ РАБОТАЕТ И НЕ ЗАРАБОТАЛ СОВСЕМ.УБОРКУ БАЛКОНА ПРОИЗВЕЛИ ТОЛЬКО НА 5 ДЕНЬ И ТОГДА ПОСТАВИЛИ ПЕПЕЛЬНИЦУ ХОТЯ ПРОСИЛИ С САМОГО НАЧАЛА КОФЕ НЕТ ТОЛЬКО ЧАЙ.

Добрый день! Отдыхала в данном отеле 14-24.10.2025 на 10 ночей по системе "Все включено". Обо все по порядку. Туроператор был "Fun&Sun", авиакомпания Fly dubai, рейс прямой, полет из Екатеринбурга заняла 5 часов. По прилету все прошла быстро, до отеля ехали менее часа. По приезду в отель зарегистрировалась на рецепшен, и мне предложили пойти на обед, номер дали сразу после обеда. На рецепшен...

Не то, что мы ожидали...

При заселении в 8 утра дали номер, но возможность поесть после долгой дороги предоставили только на ужине! Мы уставшие, так ещё и голодные весь день. В номере за все время убрали 2 раза, и наверно только 1 раз поменяли полотенца. Про наш номер как будто всегда забывали, а когда мы напоминали, то нам лишь лапшу на уши вешали со словами "Мы придём и уберемся", но ничего не убирали. Море...
