Сейчас нахожусь в данном отеле, такого сервиса я не встречала нигде, такого безразличного отношения тоже(((. С виду всё красиво у них, а по факту, всё очень грязно и запущено, просишь сделать, да-да, и никто не пришёл, таких убитых номеров я не встречала, на данный момент мы проживаем в 3м номере делюкс, но и здесь всё скрипит, отваливается, льётся. Я просто не довольна, никогда не испытывала...
