Прилетели на Кубу , в отели были в 12:00 дня по местному времени , заселение в 16:00,после такого долгого перелета это не очень комфортно.

Долетели норм. Спали. Приехали в отель к 11 где-то. Но все равно раньше 16 не заселяют. Пришлось исхитриться чтобы получить номер в час дня.
Уборки нет. Полотенца не меняют. Пиво в номере не давали. Хоть воду давали. Бумагу туалетную пополняли а вот шампуни нет.

Добрый день отдыхали в сентябре 2023 прилетели утром в 11 были в отеле выдали браслеты но заселение было в 14 00 на улице было +35 на ресепшене кондиционера нет вообще духатища переоделись чемоданы оставили и пошли по территории до пляжа пляж и океан это просто сказка ради него мы и приехали сюда удобно расположен бар у пляжа в теньке ребята там очень вежливые да и не только там весь персонал...

Еда в отеле.
Выбор небольшой. Завтраки:яичница и Омлет жарят, готовые яйца скрамбл были за 2 недели 2 раза всего. булочки пончики - не особо вкусные. Фрукты:арбуз так себе, а манго, папая, гуава вкусные. Каши не было на завтраках, что не очень удобно для деток.

Отдых не удался, но только в отеле!

Отзывы об отеле читала перед покупкой. Были и ужасные и прекрасные, поскольку я всегда стараюсь акцентироваться не на плохом, а на хорошем, особо внимания плохим не уделяла. И очень сильно пожалела об этом после. Надеюсь мой опыт поможет другим людям с выбором отеля.
Честно объективно. Обижать кубинцев и мысли не было. Но это все что угодно, только не 5 звезд. Отдыхали семьей 3...

На 4й день просили турагента об обратных билетах

Заявленные 5 звезд на 3ку по турецки, но гид уверяла что отель соответствует кубинским 5 звездам.

Заселение 2 часа в очереди в духоте. Мы приехали на такси( хотели по быстрее заселиться) 16:00 заселение, мы приехали в 17:00. Сами искали коттедж, на третий этаж тащили чемоданы. Карта регулярно не открывает - Идёшь до ресепшен ( 6минут ) перекодируют, бывает и опять не открывает😡 возвращаться, перекодируют. В столовой мухи, птицы, тараканы, не хватает столов, тарелок. Ужас!!!

Никому в жизни не советую посещатьтот отель, он соответствует классу максимум 2 звезды.
Здесь просто ужасно отдыхать, начиная от номеров с громадным тараканом и мелкими таракашками и заканчивая уборкой номеров, отсутствие смены белья, полотенец в номерах, никто не убирает территорию, всё жду чаевых, делают всё нехотя, пара официантов только стараются и всё. Алкоголя вам не нальют ,лишний раз...

Тараканы в пицце, вываливающиеся двери и грязь на...

Была на Кубе 14 лет назад. Все было также бедно, но от души. Сейчас им на все и на всех плевать. Делают все по минимуму, чтобы отвязались. Выпала балконная дверь. Хорошо, никого не поранила. Пришел ремонтник и прибил ее гвоздем!

Мусор, в том числе, битый стакан, неделю лежал у дорожки, никто его не думал убирать. Хотя видимость деятельности есть, кто-то где-то все время ходит и что-то...

В отель приехали после обеда. Долго стояли в очередь на ресепшен. Потом пошли в бар у бассейна перекусить. Система в баре такая, что готовой еды нет. Снова очередь, чтоб заказать бургер с рыбой (булочка, а внутри филе рыбы) и чипсы (просто картошка во фритюре колечками). Номер дали в 12 домике, рядом с решепшен и рестораном. Всё началось с заселения в отель, нас встретили на ресепшен, заселили, подключили WI-FI. WI-FI в этом отеле не ограничен и абсолютно безграничный. Затем нас отвезли на внутреннем транспорте отеля до номера, занесли багаж в нашу комнату. Номер приятный, светлый, окна выходили прямо на океан. Ресепшн.
Девочки все вопросы решают быстро, по-русски не говорят, но есть дядечка (не помню имя, сидит в офисе у обмена валюты, о нем пишет во всех отзывах) встречает всех русскоговорящих, на русском всё объясняет, если что, думаю, сможет помочь изьясниться, решить вопросы по номеру /отдыху.
Территория.
Большая, зелёная, ухоженная, обрабатывается от комаров. Нас за весь отпуск куснули...

Комфортный отель для отдыха

Отличный отель на берегу чистейшего океана. Огромная территория, зеленая, красивая. Шикарный пляж- гуляй в обе стороны по чистому песку, в любом месте комфортный вход в воду. Только надо смотреть, чтоб рядом не было португальских корабликов (медуза). На берег выносит красивые ракушки)

Пока свежи воспоминания, начну:
1. Заселение- доброжелательно встретили и оперативно заселили в номер 2613( в 14.00без доплат, когда заселение с 16.00)
Так как в заявке была инфа о статусе нашей пары "молодожёны"- номер предоставили с видом на океан- мы остались в восторге;также сделали комплимент от отеля- бутылочку игристого- приятно)

Отель цена-качество соответствует

Была во многих отелях на Кубе. Этот считаю достаточно эконом вариантом 5*.
Сервис очень хороший, персонал отзывчивый и дружелюбный. В ресторанах убирают быстро и все приносят официанты хорошие.
Питание достаточно скудное. Разнообразия нет, но голодными не останетесь конечно. Хотя с учетом нынешней ситуации на Кубе, это можно понять.

Отдыхали в отеле в конце ноября 2021. Напишу коротко об основных плюсах и минусах.
Плюсы:
Номерной фонд хороший, номера не супер новые, но абсолютно всё работало. Сантехника без нареканий, горячая вода без перебоев, уборка ежедневно, пару раз фигурки из полотенец. Хороший отель

Отелем, как и поездкой вцелом, остались довольны.
Домики техэтажные. Сменили 3 номера. Первый раз заселились на 1 этаже - не понравилось так низко, на змеле практически, возможно эти номера будут больше удобны семьям с детьми чтобы дети бегали через балконные двери. Переселились на 2 этаж в домик около большого бассейна с баром 24 часа. Номер прекрасный, отличный вид на закат и немного видно...
