Заселялись в отель поздно ночью. Девченка которая нас оформляла не понравилась. Не захотела ничего менять, попросили номер повыше, сказала ваш номер определен, валите. Карточку номера прошила только под открытие номера, а для лифта ее не прошила. Пару дней не могли попасть на свой этаж, пока не догадались обратиться к другому ресепшеонисту для смены карты доступа.
