- стабильный и бесплатный wi-fi
- доброжелательный и отзывчивый персонал
- наличие русскоязычных сотрудников
- удобный доступ к пляжу
- номер не соответствует категории 5*
- устаревшая мебель и техника
- плохое состояние постельного белья с въевшимися пятнами
- полное отсутствие шумоизоляции
- шум уборки с 8:00 утра
- отсутствие змеевика и вентиляции в ванной
- старый кондиционер с признаками плесени и пыли
- недостаточное освещение в номере
- нехватка лежаков на пляже
- неприятный запах в тоннеле к пляжу
- десерты часто заканчиваются и не пополняются
