Along with an adjoining renaissance architecture villa built in 1750, the two buildings comprise a brand new deluxe hotel. Both buildings have been proclaimed preserved cultural and architectural monuments by the Greek State. Their restoration has been supervised by the ministry of culture and the artistic coordination of Mr. Giannis Tseklenis.
