Ну начнем с того что отель явна не пять звезд. Заехали в номера, а тут вам тапочек нет, халатов нет, все по запросу, полотенец 4 штуки. Номера конечно на фото красивые, но на деле старье, кондиционер работает как трактор не уснешь, выключила, так работающая техника на крыше создает постоянный гул, при котором тоже не поспишь, полный швах.
