Hello, I asked if aqua-park is heated, got a reply that it is. The first review here in reviews says that it is not heated!!! I cite it below!!! So is the water heated in ALL aqua-park and pools really????????? We are 2 adults + 1 child (9 years old) from 27.12.14 to 05.01.15, so we celebrated New Year in the hotel)) It was our third time in this hotel during New Year period. We had a room in the 4th block Family, which we liked a lot (comfortable and quiet), no complaints about food either... The New Year dinner was more simple than previous years, but all in all it was good... The beach and the sea are as usual beyond all praise! But THE MOST IMPORTANT - aqua-park wasn't heated! For the first time we couldn't make ourselves slide from any of the waterslides - it was too cold... Even in children's pool the water was pretty cool (my child caught a cold)... The only pool that was really warm was the one with the wave, where all the hotel gathered... This is such a disgrace, as it was clerly seen that there was low demand on the waterslides. And it was for the first time in 3 years of New Year holidays in the hotel... So as for me, now I will think twice which hotel to choose - this one or Beach on the 1st row... Would like to ask the administration to pay attention to this point, as for many tourists the aqua-park is the main reason for choosing this hotel!
