Добрый вечер! Планируем приехать к вам 25.10.18, на 14 ночей с завтраками 2 взрослых, ребенок 13 лет и ребенок 8 лет, на сайте выдает с таким составом стандартный номер , но ведь в нем вчетвером не разместишься(были у вас втроем в 16 году в стандартном номере)! Сориентируейте по цене сколько будет стоит наше проживание и какой это будет номер, вид необходим на море! и где на сайте указать , что нам необходим трансфер с аэропорта?

Здравствуйте! У нас забронирован номер с 6 по 11 марта. Двое взрослых и ребенок 7 месяцев. В ваучере напротив ребенка стоит фраза "no babycot" это значит что кроватка не будет предоставлена?
И ещё вопрос. Приедем в отель поздно, на ужин не успеем, можно ли будет заказать его в номер? И это будет платно или включено в стоимость проживания (едем на полный пансион)

Что бы не платить депозит Вам надо при заселении сразу предупредить на ресепшн, что Вы не будете пользоваться содержимым бара (холодильника). Придёт спец. служащий опустошит ваш бар, и тогда не надо будет оставлять депозит.

Добрый день! Интересует такой вопрос. Прилетаем Шаржу около 21 часа. К вам наверное доберёмся после 22 часов. На ужин не успеваем. Можно ли заказать ужин в номер? Будет ли он бесплатный? Мы берём питание завтрак, обед, ужин без напитков (только на завтрак чай, кофе и вода) . Вода полагается ли нам на территории отеля в течение дня?

Добрый день. У Вас в отеле с номера взимается депозит в размере $100 - это понятно, а в какой валюте он возвращается? В той же или в местной? Есть ли гарантия того, что депозит будет возвращен в той же валюте (в $)? Так как местная валюта при выезде мне совсем не нужна.
