The 100 USD deposit is per room. we accept US dollars, Euro, and Dirhams only. Rubles are not accepted. If you do not deposit the 100 USD on Check-in, you can still check-in but you will be Cash basis.

As hotel has changed the policy. Now hotel do not keep the passports. The 100 USD deposit on Check-in is by each room. If guest do not deposit the 100 USD on check-in. The guest can check-in but he will be on cash basis.

What is the height of the balcony fence in the CLASSIC ROOM SEA VIEW room? Is the balcony door closed on a key? We go with a small child, so the question is very urgent. From photographs, the fence seems low.

The height of balcony fence is 70 to 75 Centimeter. Also Balcony door has key to lock it. You can lock the balcony door with the key.

Yes, you can do lunch at Sharjah Grand Hotel even you make booking on BB basis. The additional charges vary from period to period. Normally it is not more then AED 100 for lunch. Child under 4 years get free lunch with Adults.

On check-in guests are requested to make deposit of 100 USD. Yes, slippers and bathrobes are provided to guests upon request. Yes, Wi-fi is free for all the guests. Yes, candlelight dinner is provided into our Al-Meena Restaurant. Normally it cost AED 99 each person.

With reference to your question about free shuttle to Dubai. The shuttle go to Dubai 3 Times a days. First 11:00 AM, Second 15:00 PM and Third 20:00 PM. The shuttle came back from Dubai to hotel at these time. First 12:00 PM, Second 16:00 PM and Third 21:30 PM.

Одним из вариантов размещения в вашем отеле, предлагаемых туроператором Библио Глобус на 1 взрослого плюс ребенка 11 лет, является "одноместный номер без дополнительной кровати".
Насколько в таком номере большая кровать (размер) и удобен ли такой вариант для размещения взрослый плюс ребенок 11 лет?

Были в вашем отеле в 2016 г, все понравилось, спасибо.
Планируем и в этом году, в апреле поездку с ребенком 11 лет.
Уточните, пожалуйста:
1) Можно ли менять ужины на обеды при необходимости? В случае, если оплачен HB.
2) Будет ли подогреваться бассейн в это время ? (планируем приехать с 30 марта)

With reference to your first question that you can change dinner with lunch in HB meal plan. Yes, you can choose either dinner or lunch as you wish. Regarding the second question about the pool water. The pool is Temperatures controlled. If it is summer the water will be cool and if it is winter the water will be warm.

Child below 4.99 Years old stay free of cost with parents. He will be given a baby cot free of cost. If you have paid already for the room charges before you come to hotel. Then you do not need to pay anything more at Hotel. Besides that there is 100 USD deposit on check-in. If you do not pay the 100 USD on Check-in you will be on Cash Basis.
