With reference to your question about free shuttle to Dubai. The shuttle go to Dubai 3 Times a days. First 11:00 AM, Second 15:00 PM and Third 20:00 PM. The shuttle came back from Dubai to hotel at these time. First 12:00 PM, Second 16:00 PM and Third 21:30 PM.

Добрый день,
Одним из вариантов размещения в вашем отеле, предлагаемых туроператором Библио Глобус на 1 взрослого плюс ребенка 11 лет, является "одноместный номер без дополнительной кровати".
Насколько в таком номере большая кровать (размер) и удобен ли такой вариант для размещения взрослый плюс ребенок 11 лет?

Regarding your question about "single room without extra bed". Our rooms has 1 King Size Bed or Twin Beds. When you arrive at our hotel, ask the reception for the bedding option. They will be happy to give you the best option available for you.

Добрый день.
Были в вашем отеле в 2016 г, все понравилось, спасибо.
Планируем и в этом году, в апреле поездку с ребенком 11 лет.
Уточните, пожалуйста:
1) Можно ли менять ужины на обеды при необходимости? В случае, если оплачен HB.
2) Будет ли подогреваться бассейн в это время ? (планируем приехать с 30 марта)

With reference to your first question that you can change dinner with lunch in HB meal plan. Yes, you can choose either dinner or lunch as you wish. Regarding the second question about the pool water. The pool is Temperatures controlled. If it is summer the water will be cool and if it is winter the water will be warm.

Вернулись из отеля 21.11.2017. Отель хороший. Если номера на улицу, то очень шумно -это по отзывам отдыхающих. У нас номер был на море, 346. В номере все устроило. По приезду просите халаты, тапочки, пригодится. Питание приличное. Есть супчик и каши, рыба (не на наш вкус, вообщем не дорада). Мясо готовят вкусно, есть и курица. Салаты и десерты хорошие. Фруктовые коктейли и утром арбуз и дыня оставляют желать лучшего. Питание брали завтраки- ужины. Ужины можно менять на обеды. Если купить дополнительно обед на день 95 дирхам. Рядом ресторан Казань нам не понравился. Сан бар (рыбный) - 3 раза были очень довольны, 4 - ый испортили рыбу. В басен не купались.

With reference to your question regarding what kind of Meals hotel Provides. Sharjah Grand Hotel meals include international buffet, Hot Dishes, Salad bar, Dessert display. FB (Full Board) meal plan includes Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner. The All inclusive meal plan include Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner, Special Room Service (you can select from menu items), La Bamba Restaurant (you can select from menu items) and Mini bar in the guest Room. The swimming pool is heat controlled. So, in summer water is cool and in Winter water is warm.
Yes, three adults can stay in all rooms (City View Room, Sea View Room, Junior Suite Room). Only in Honeymooners room Maximum 2 Adults allowed with maximum 1 Infant (below 4.99 years).
