Месторасположение: Гостевой дом Валентина расположен в поселке Цандрыпш, всего в 100 м от берега Черного моря, в 5 км от настоящего абхазского базара, где можно купить свежие овощи и фрукты, парное мясо и молочные продукты, в 8 км езды от Сочи Парка и Русского Диснейленда. От станции Олимпийский парк (в 13 км от отеля) до Красной Поляны можно добраться на электропоезде «Ласточка». Но особый интерес вызывает базар, который открывается по четвергам и воскресениям в 5 утра. Отдыхающим представляется возможность приобрести домашние продукты по очень выгодным ценам, если они успеют к открытию.
