Оба корпуса имеют единый парадный вход. В каждом номере имеются: спальные кровати, прикроватные тумбы, платяной шкаф, столик, кондиционер, телевизор (кабельное ТВ), холодильник. Смена постельного белья - каждые пять дней или по требованию отдыхающих. Гладильная доска на каждом этаже. Прачечная - за дополнительную плату.
