- Гостеприимство хозяев виллы их искренность в поддержании чистоты и уюта на вилле; близость виллы к пляжу рынку сетевым супермаркетам агентствам по сдаче машин в аренду; расположение виллы на нешумной улице Будвы.
- Минусы:
- Скорее не минус
- а архитектурная особенность: с балконов некоторых номеров видна стена соседней виллы (однако следует отметить что эти номера ориентированы на запад и поэтому вечером они несильно нагреваются заходящим солнцем).
